Why do you think Atlas services are important?
Many of our clients face challenging to-do lists that they struggle to address or lack the time to manage in their busy schedules. These pending tasks often loom over them, causing significant stress. Our team alleviates these stressors, enabling our clients to invest their time where they’d much rather spend it.
What is one way these services decrease client’s day-to-day stress?
All client’s stressors are different. For some it may be a to-do list that they never can seem to get to the bottom of, others it may be interaction with contractors or vendors. We work with the client to figure out what those issues are, and then handle them flawlessly.
What motivates you to provide these all-encompassing services for clients?
My favorite compliment I have received was simply that I made their day-to-day life easier. We handle a lot of different scenarios, and tasks, but the goal is always to just make things a whole lot easier for our clients.
What is your favorite client-related task?
I enjoy communicating and meeting with vendors or contractors, keeping them on track so that our clients don’t have to deal with any of it!
How long have you been in the client service industry?
I have been working in client services for 33 years!
